Compliance Reports

1 click में LGPD / GDPR compliance रिपोर्ट्स उत्पन्न करें — ROPA, DPIA, Breach Notification। Forensic chain of custody के लिए वैकल्पिक Ed25519 sidecar signature के साथ offscreen-rendered PDF export।

यह क्या है

LGPD के अनुरूप 3 templates के साथ एक workspace tab: ROPA (Records of Processing Activities — Art. 37), DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment — Art. 38) और Breach Notification (Art. 48)। आप form भरते हैं, engine printable HTML render करता है और Electron offscreen BrowserWindow.printToPDF के माध्यम से PDF export करता है। Legal labels design के अनुसार template के अंदर English में रहते हैं — रेंडर किए गए output language के लिए form के शीर्ष पर locale चुनें।

कब उपयोग करें

एक नियमित DPO submission से पहले, ANPD breach notification trigger करने वाली घटना के बाद, या वार्षिक GDPR audit के evidence के रूप में चलाएँ। आप जो PDF generate करते हैं वह directly file करने के लिए structured है — कोई re-formatting नहीं।

इसे कैसे खोलें

  1. NoSqlStudio desktop ऐप में, Tools menu → Compliance खोलें, या Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Z दबाएँ।
  2. एक workspace tab बायीं ओर sidebar में 3 templates के साथ खुलता है।
  3. एक template चुनें, center column में form भरें, right column real time में HTML preview करता है।

एक रिपोर्ट भरना

  1. Template चुनें (ROPA / DPIA / Breach)। प्रत्येक का अपना mandatory fields का set है जो संगत LGPD article के अनुरूप है।
  2. Output locale चुनें (pt-BR / en / es)। Form labels independently English में रहते हैं — केवल rendered document language बदलता है।
  3. हर field complete करें। जब कोई mandatory field गायब होता है, engine inline चेतावनी देता है — export बटन तब तक disabled रहता है जब तक draft valid नहीं हो।
  4. Printable PDF को directly disk पर render करने के लिए "Export PDF" पर क्लिक करें, या यदि आपको file को designer को सौंपना है तो "Export HTML" पर क्लिक करें।
  5. यदि आपके tier में Ed25519 sign शामिल है, engine document SHA-256, signing public key, और signature के साथ एक .sig sidecar भी लिखता है। Forensic chain of custody के लिए sidecar को PDF के साथ सौंपें।

Templates

  • ROPA — Records of Processing Activities (LGPD Art. 37) — हर personal-data processing operation, lawful basis, retention period, recipients को सूचीबद्ध करता है।
  • DPIA — Data Protection Impact Assessment (LGPD Art. 38) — high-impact processing के लिए risk assessment।
  • Breach Notification (LGPD Art. 48) — confirmed personal-data breach के 72 घंटों के अंदर आप ANPD को भेजने वाला document।

सीमाएँ (v1)

  • Form labels JSX template के अंदर English में रहते हैं क्योंकि legal terminology को प्रति jurisdiction human translation की आवश्यकता है। Exported document language बदलता है; form नहीं।
  • PDF offscreen render होता है — एक कार्यशील Electron BrowserWindow की आवश्यकता होती है। बिना display वाले test environments में आप "Export HTML" + अपने own headless PDF tool पर fall back कर सकते हैं।
  • Ed25519 sidecar के लिए एक ऐसा tier चाहिए जो signing key ship करता है। निचले tiers पर export अभी भी काम करता है, बस cryptographic signature के बिना।
